A Letter from Deepti Gupta When I started Indian Working Women, I wasn't trying to build India's largest women's community. I was simply looking for something I couldn't find. A place where ambitious women didn't have to choose between success and kindness. Where networking didn't feel like exchanging business cards. Where asking for help wasn't a weakness. Where every woman, regardless of her profession or stage of life, could walk into a room and immediately feel— "These are my people." That simple idea became IWW. Today, thousands of women have found business partners, mentors, clients, investors, collaborators, friends, and sometimes even lifelong sisters through this community. But numbers have never been our biggest achievement. The real success is every woman who says, "I no longer feel alone." My dream is to ensure that every working woman in India has a place where she can grow without fear, celebrate without guilt, and succeed without competition.
