The things people ask before they buy
Straight answers about how the product actually works.
Do my members have to pay anything?
No. Members join free — they get a directory listing, a public profile page and one dynamic QR card at no cost, forever. The community admin pays for the community; that's the whole billing relationship. If you want to give a particular member more (three dynamic QRs, a Brand Page, a Form, their own catalogue) you can buy them an optional Seat — just ask us for the per-member price in your currency. Seats are entirely optional and you only buy them for the members who ask.
What happens when I hit my member limit?
Nothing breaks and nobody is removed. Once your community reaches the member ceiling on your tier, new joins are blocked and the person trying to join — and you — see an upgrade prompt instead. Every existing member keeps their listing, their card and their history. You move up a tier when you're ready and joining reopens immediately.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. On Plus and above you can point a white-label custom domain at your community, so members visit something like network.yourchamber.org instead of a QRYZEN URL. Your directory, member cards and event pages all live under your own name.
How do payments from events reach me?
Directly. Event fees and paid registrations are collected through YOUR own payment gateway — Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Cashfree or Instamojo — so the money lands in your account on your settlement schedule. QRYZEN never holds, escrows or takes a cut of what your community collects — we only charge you for the community subscription itself.
Can I import my existing member list?
Yes. Upload a CSV of your members and they're created in one pass — name, business, category, contact details. Each imported member is then emailed an invite to claim their own card and finish their profile, so you don't have to chase anyone by hand.
Do imported members show up publicly straight away?
No — and that's deliberate. An imported member stays admin-only: visible to you in the roster, marked as invited but not joined, and kept out of the public directory and out of AI matchmaking until they sign in with their invited email and claim the account. Your public directory only ever shows real, consenting members.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export and print the member directory whenever you like — handy for an AGM handbook, a printed chapter directory or simply keeping your own backup. It's your network; you're never locked in.
Is there a free trial?
7 days. A card is required to start, nothing is charged for those 7 days, and you can cancel any time before it converts — we remind you 7, 3 and 1 days ahead. The trial is on the monthly plan and there's one per account.
