Do I need a website to have a booking page?+
No. A booking page is a standalone web page — that's the point. Share it as a link or a QR code and it works in any phone browser. Plenty of service businesses run entirely on a booking page plus WhatsApp, with no website at all.
What does a booking page actually need?+
Five things, and nothing more on day one: your real availability, instant confirmation, buffer and minimum-notice rules, a clean public page that works on a phone, and automatic reminders. Round-robin routing and team pooling matter for a 40-person sales floor, not for a business of one to fifty.
How do I stop no-shows?+
Three layers, in order of effect: automatic reminders before the slot; a minimum booking notice so nobody books you for ten minutes from now; and — the strongest of the three — a small deposit taken at booking time. People show up for appointments they have already paid for.
Can I have different appointment types?+
Yes — create a separate booking page for each, say a free 15-minute intro call and a paid 60-minute session, each with its own availability, slot length and price. Every page keeps its own schedule and its own QR.
How do people get the meeting link?+
Add your own Zoom/Meet link, or connect Google Calendar (auto Google Meet) or Zoom (auto Zoom meeting) — the link is included in the confirmation email and the calendar invite both sides receive. QRYZEN also reads your Google busy times so you're never double-booked.
Can I charge for a booking?+
