Refund & Cancellation Policy

QRYZEN is a subscription software service. Payments for QRYZEN plans are processed by Ubique Digitals (India). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Sprint, Starter, Pro, Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. You can see your plan and renewal date anytime in your dashboard under Settings → Plan & billing.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing (or by emailing us). Cancellation stops all future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which it moves to the free plan. We never break a printed QR code — static codes work forever and dynamic codes simply pause to a branded page if a subscription lapses.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on a plan. Renewal charges (after the first period) and partial/unused time within a current period are non-refundable. Because QRYZEN is a digital service delivered instantly, refunds outside the 7-day window are granted only where required by law or for a duplicate/erroneous charge.
How to request a refund
Email connect@ankverse.com from your account email with your registered email and the reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer to reflect it).
Payments to other businesses
When a QRYZEN user collects payments from their own customers (through a pitch page, catalogue, funnel or booking), that money is handled by that user's own connected payment gateway and goes directly to them — QRYZEN does not process or hold it. Refunds for those transactions are the responsibility of the business that received the payment, under their own refund terms.
