QRYZEN ("the Service") is operated by Ankverse Global Consultancy – FZCO, IFZA Business Park, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using qryzen.com, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
QRYZEN lets you create static and dynamic QR codes, digital visiting cards, and related tools. Free static QR codes encode your destination directly and continue to work independently of the Service. Dynamic QR codes route through our infrastructure and require an active account in good standing.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload (images, files, card details) and grant us the licence needed to host and display it as part of the Service. You must have the right to share whatever you upload. You are responsible for the destinations your QR codes point to.
3. Acceptable use
No illegal content, phishing, malware, deceptive redirects, impersonation, spam, or content that infringes others' rights. We may pause or remove codes and accounts that violate these rules — protecting the people who scan is part of our promise.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe in USD, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. If a subscription lapses, dynamic codes pause gracefully (showing a notice page) and reactivate on renewal — we never repoint or break a printed code. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Service & liability
We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may update these terms; we'll note the date above when we do.
