Getting started
Is QRYZEN really free?+
Yes. Static QR codes are free forever — unlimited, and they never expire. Every new account also gets a 7-day free trial of all features, and the free plan keeps 1 dynamic QR after that. Paid plans add more dynamic codes, analytics and support.
Do people need an app to scan my code?+
No. Every modern iPhone and Android camera reads QR codes natively — they just point and tap the link that appears.
How does the 7-day free trial work?+
All features unlock for 7 days. Dynamic codes you make during the trial work for 10 scans each, then show a branded upgrade page (never a dead link) unless you upgrade. Static codes are free and permanent from day one and are never part of the trial.
Static vs dynamic
What's the difference between static and dynamic codes?+
A static code bakes the link in permanently — it can never be edited but also never dies. A dynamic code points to a short QRYZEN address you control, so you can change the destination anytime (even after printing) and track every scan.
Can I change where my code points after printing?+
Yes, if it's dynamic. Edit the destination from your dashboard and the same printed code points somewhere new within about a minute.
Do QRYZEN codes expire?+
Static codes never expire. Dynamic codes stay active with your plan. The only time-limited codes are dynamic ones created during the free trial. In every case a paused or expired code shows a polite branded page, never a broken link.

What can I create with QRYZEN?+
Link QR, a Multiple-links (link-in-bio) page, a digital Visiting card (vCard), a Google Review QR, a Google Form QR, a Pet ID tag, and a Bundle that mixes links, files, images, video and audio.
What is a digital visiting card?+
One QR that opens your profile — photo, bio, up to 3 businesses, contact buttons and social links — with one-tap save to the phone book. Visitors can also share their details back, so you collect leads.
What is a Bundle QR?+
One code that opens a page holding a mix of content — links, PDFs, images, videos (YouTube/Vimeo or uploaded) and audio — in any order. Great for schools, gifts, courses and product packs.
Can I add my logo and brand colours?+
Yes — set the code, accent and background colours, choose pattern and corner styles, and drop your logo in the centre of the code.
Analytics & tracking
Can I track who scans my code?+
Dynamic codes record every scan with time, device and location, shown live on your dashboard with charts.
Can I see where scans come from?+
Yes — city, country and device type for each scan (location analytics on paid plans).
Privacy & your data
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?+
Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We never store card numbers — payments run on your own Stripe, Razorpay or UPI link, so card details never touch QRYZEN.
Who can see my form submissions and leads?+
Only you. Access is enforced at the database with row-level security, so every account can read only its own codes, forms and leads — one customer can never see another's data.
Do you sell or share my data, or use it for ads?+
No. Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it with third parties, or use it to serve ads. QRYZEN is the custodian of your data, not the owner.
When someone fills my form, who is the data going to?+
Straight to you, the business that created the form. QRYZEN simply carries it to your dashboard and inbox. Every public form shows a short privacy line telling the visitor their details go only to you.
Can I access, export or delete my data?+
Yes — GDPR-friendly by design. You can view and remove your leads and codes anytime from your dashboard, and request full export or account deletion by emailing connect@ankverse.com.
Are payments safe?+
Yes — QRYZEN never processes or stores payments itself. You add your own Stripe, Razorpay or UPI link, and customers pay on that provider's secure page. We only pass them to your link.
Billing
How do I pay, and can I use a promo code?+
Checkout is powered by Stripe with cards and wallets, billed in USD. Promo codes can be applied right inside the checkout page.
If my plan ends, can I still use my QR codes?+
Your static QR codes keep working forever — they never expire, plan or no plan. Your dynamic codes are never deleted either: if you don't renew, they pause gracefully (showing a branded QRYZEN page instead of a dead link) and spring straight back to life the moment you resubscribe — same printed code, same destination. We never break a code you've already shared or printed.
What happens to my codes if I cancel?+

Are all features on every plan?+
Yes — every feature is included on every paid plan. Higher plans simply add more dynamic codes and faster support.
