No. Every modern iPhone and Android camera reads QR codes natively — they just point and tap the link that appears.

All features unlock for 7 days. Dynamic codes you make during the trial work for 10 scans each, then show a branded upgrade page (never a dead link) unless you upgrade. Static codes are free and permanent from day one and are never part of the trial.

A static code bakes the link in permanently — it can never be edited but also never dies. A dynamic code points to a short QRYZEN address you control, so you can change the destination anytime (even after printing) and track every scan.

With PayPal, Razorpay, Cashfree and Instamojo the money goes 100% to your own account — QRYZEN never takes a cut. Stripe uses QRYZEN's secure checkout with a small platform fee.

Not on Razorpay, Cashfree, Instamojo or PayPal — those are bring-your-own-account, so 100% of each sale lands in your gateway. Only Stripe (our managed checkout) adds a small platform fee. Your QRYZEN plan is a flat subscription, not a cut of your revenue.

Yes. Set a price on your booking page (per booking page, or globally in Settings → Bookings). The guest picks a slot, pays on your connected gateway, and the booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds — with the calendar invite and meeting link sent automatically. Leave the price at 0 to keep bookings free.

Yes. QRYZEN never sees or stores card numbers. Customers always pay on your gateway's own secure, PCI-compliant page; QRYZEN only creates the checkout and confirms the result.

Yes — the Earnings page in your dashboard shows your withdrawable balance, this-month and lifetime totals, and a searchable, downloadable list of every sale and paid booking.

Yes. Turn on availability (your hours, slot length, buffers, days off, per-day caps) and share your booking page or a Booking QR. Guests pick a free slot in your timezone and you both get a calendar invite.

Yes. Connect Google Calendar and each booking writes a real event with an auto-generated Google Meet link. Prefer Zoom? Connect Zoom and bookings create a real Zoom meeting instead. QRYZEN also reads your Google calendar's busy times so you're never double-booked.

Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We never store card numbers — payments run on your own gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree, Instamojo, PayPal or Stripe), so card details never touch QRYZEN.

Only you. Access is enforced at the database with row-level security, so every account can read only its own codes, forms and leads — one customer can never see another's data.

No. Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it with third parties, or use it to serve ads. QRYZEN is the custodian of your data, not the owner.

Straight to you, the business that created the form. QRYZEN simply carries it to your dashboard and inbox. Every public form shows a short privacy line telling the visitor their details go only to you.

Yes — GDPR-friendly by design. You can view and remove your leads and codes anytime from your dashboard, and request full export or account deletion by emailing hello@qryzen.com.

Yes — QRYZEN never processes or stores payments itself. You connect your own gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree, Instamojo, PayPal or Stripe), and customers pay on that provider's secure page. We only create the checkout and confirm the result.

Checkout is powered by Stripe with cards and wallets, billed in USD. Promo codes can be applied right inside the checkout page.

Yes — every Community plan bundles base access for the admin: Community Starter includes the Sprint plan, Plus and Growth include the Starter plan, and Scale includes the Pro plan. And it works the other way too: the Business plan includes Community Starter (up to 50 members) free.

Yes, with the optional WhatsApp automation add-on. It sends order and booking confirmations, reminders, payment receipts, review-requests, event invites (with Going/Maybe/Can't buttons) and renewal nudges — automatically, from your own WhatsApp number.

A flat ₹1,299/month in India (or $13/month internationally), on any plan. It runs on your own number (bring your own number) and there's no per-message charge from QRYZEN. Turn it on from Dashboard → Settings → WhatsApp.

It's the opposite direction: QRYZEN messages YOU. You get your weekly page-performance report plus occasional tips, offers and updates on your own WhatsApp. It's included free on Starter, Pro and Business plans (and with the ₹1,299 automation add-on); Free and Sprint users can add it for ₹99/month ($5). The ₹1,299 add-on is for messaging your CUSTOMERS from your own number — a different product. Turn updates on in Settings → Integrations.

Yes — you connect your own WhatsApp Business number, so messages land in the thread your customer already has with you. Cold, business-initiated messages use Meta-approved templates; free text works inside the 24-hour reply window. Opt-outs are always respected.
