Using Zoom with QRYZEN

Last updated: July 2026

QRYZEN's Zoom integration connects your own Zoom account to your QRYZEN booking pages. Once connected, every time a customer books an appointment on your page, QRYZEN automatically creates a scheduled Zoom meeting on your account and shares the join link with the customer — so you never have to create meetings by hand.

What it does

After you connect Zoom, each new booking creates a real scheduled Zoom meeting on your account and the join link is sent to you and your customer automatically. If you also connect Google Calendar, the event is added there too and bookings use your Zoom link.

How to add (connect) the app

  1. Sign in to QRYZEN and open Settings → Bookings & calendar.
  2. Scroll to Meeting location and find the Zoom card.
  3. Click Connect. You'll be sent to Zoom's consent screen.
  4. Review the permissions and click Allow. You'll be returned to QRYZEN, and the Zoom card will show “Connected” with your Zoom account email.

How to use it

  1. Enable bookings and set your availability in Settings → Bookings & calendar.
  2. Share your booking page or its QR code with customers.
  3. When a customer picks a slot, QRYZEN creates a Zoom meeting on your account and emails the join link to both of you.

How to remove (disconnect) the app

You can disconnect at any time — two ways:

  1. From QRYZEN: go to Settings → Bookings & calendar → Zoom and click Disconnect. This deletes the Zoom token QRYZEN stored and stops creating Zoom meetings.
  2. From Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage → Added Apps, find QRYZEN and click Remove.

Data & privacy

QRYZEN stores only your Zoom OAuth token and the connected account's email, used solely to create meetings for your bookings. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, isolated per account, and never shared with third parties. Disconnecting removes the stored token. See our Privacy Policy.
